finally..the first time at california fitness....feeling weird...coz duno wad to do....so got someone to kinda "bring us arnd"...1st item...put us 5mins on the stepping thingy....and we cannot make it le...legs suan until jialat...wahahah....then we rest a while and take duno wad body fats thingy again lar....they just have to keep reminding that i have lots of body fats.....=_=!!! good also lar...keep reminding me ba...

2nd item was 20mins on the swinging leg thingy...duno how to describe lar...hahaha...anyway, the person ask how long we want to be on that thing....tlc said 5mins....hahaha...then i tot 10mins is long enuff....then she said "20mins lar"....=/ aint that hard....coz after u finish....the legs ache awhile...then ok liao le....=P the 2 stranger ladies beside me went a total of 33mins lor....so my 20mins is like peanuts lar....=_=!!! highest heart rate was 172....i tink im dying le ba....the legs is suannnnn until.........cannot describe sia..

after that duno wad to do...so went to explore the equipments...i see that my hands are very weak lar...shall start with a bit bit of weight lifting...wahaha...sounds man rite? =P legs also weak lar...coz onli do 20mins cardio..cannot make it le...sehzzzz.......

time pass kinda fast when we are there...20mins this...5mins that...wander arnd.....hahaha...bathe...before we know it...abt 2hrs pass liao...and the ppl there keep saying we gng to holiday lidat..bring big and small bags....=_=!!! then we forgot to bring small lock...lucky can borrow..maybe coz first time lar...arbo we gotta rent locker...need money..wahahah...

im a broke person this mth...again!! =_=!!! weird arh...where all my money went? sianz...anyway, payroll start liao...need money to take cab...better save a little more ba...=x
